Payments - payments are accepted through Paypal as the payment processor.  You can use your credit or debit card with Paypal, as well as transfer money directly from your checking account.  Paypal is more secure for you, as I never see your credit card or banking information. Best of all, setting up a Paypal account is easy and FREE!  Your shopping cart will take you directly to the Paypal site when you are ready to complete your purchase.
All items can be customized to your specific requests, and custom orders are welcome! Common requests include upgrading ear wires to 14kt or sterling silver, or switching to posts or leverbacks instead of french wires. Adjusting the length of necklaces, or adding a matching bracelet are also easily done.
All purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  Returns will be cheerfully accepted, and store credit or refund will be promptly processed upon return of the merchandise in the original condition. Please contact me via email for instructions if you wish to return a purchase. Shipping charges will be refunded at my discretion and are not guaranteed.
I accept international orders.  Please add $2 shipping charges to the stated rate for the first item, and additional items are $1.50 each.  These additional charges apply ONLY to orders outside of North America;  Canada and Mexico ship for the standard rates.
Shipments in the US will be shipped via USPS, with electronic delivery confirmation.  In general, shipping is $2 for the first item, and $1 for each additional item. You will receive a tracking number emailed to you when your package ships. International orders for two or more items will be shipped Global Priority Mail whenever available.  Other shipment methods are available;  please contact me if you have specific shipping requirements.
 All items are very carefully packaged in protective and moisture resistant materials for shipment. 
Gift boxes, if not stated as included in the item description, are available for $.50 each.  This helps me cover part of the cost of the boxes and the additional postage due to increased weight.  My goal is to keep my prices low!
